O Projeto Clínicas do Testemunho da Comissão de Anistia do Ministério da Justiça visa reparar e reintegrar à história individual das vítimas e da sociedade as marcas psíquicas deixadas pelas graves violações de direitos humanos ocorridas durante o período da ditadura civil-militar no Brasil.
A Sigmund Freud Associação Psicanalítica – Clínicas do Testemunho, o Conselho Regional de Psicologia – CRP/12 e o Coletivo Catarinense Memória Verdade e Justiça, convidam para uma reflexão e discussão sobre os pressupostos que amparam as modalidades de intervenção daquele projeto: a escuta, a reparação psíquica, o testemunho e a recomposição histórica.

Comissão da Verdade do Rio de Janeiro realiza Audiência Pública com médicos legistas autores de Exames Cadavéricos de militantes políticos mortos ou desaparecidos no período da ditadura.

ATENÇÃO: este evento teve foi suspenso por motivos técnicos e será remarcado em nova data.

 

A Comissão da Verdade do Rio realizará Audiência Pública dos Médicos Legistas Graccho Guimarães Silveira e Roberto Blanco dos Santos.

 

Ambos são autores de Exames Cadavéricos de militantes políticos mortos ou desaparecidos no período da ditadura. Responderam a processo no Cremerj e, mais recentemente, foram apontados pela CNV como coautores de violações de direitos humanos.

 

As incongruências dos laudos de Lincoln Bicalho Roque, Lourenço Camelo de Mesquita, Merival Araújo e José Jobim, conduzirão os questionamentos da CEV-Rio aos médicos-legistas.

 

A audiência, aberta ao público, ocorrerá nesta sexta-feira 27 de março às 10 horas, na sede da CEV-Rio: Av. Marechal Câmara, 210, 6º andar.

Estréia no Rio de Janeiro, no dia 30 de março de 2015, o filme UM GOLPE, 50 OLHARES.

A Comissão de Anistia do Ministério da Justiça, com apoio do Coletivo RJ Memória, Verdade e Justiça promoverá a estréia do filme UM GOLPE, 50 OLHARES, no Museu da República, no Rio de Janeiro.

O projeto, fomentado pela Comissão de Anistia do Ministério da Justiça, através de seu Projeto Marcas da Memória, e organizado pela ONG Criar Brasil – Centro de Imprensa, Assessoria e Rádio, consiste em uma produção colaborativa que retrata 50 olhares da sociedade brasileira sobre o Golpe Militar de 1964, por meio de uma coletânea de 50 vídeos de 1 minuto cada.

A exposição “Ausenc’as”, realizada pelo fotógrafo argentino Gustavo Germano (1964- ), retrata a ausência dos entes queridos em 12 famílias vítimas da ditadura civil-militar no Brasil (1964-1985) e 2 famílias na Argentina (1975-1983). É composta de 14 pares de fotografias, sendo que cada uma, retirada de álbuns de familiares, é contraposta a outro retrato na mesma pose, tirado recentemente pelo fotógrafo, evidenciando a ausência do desaparecido político. Testemunham momentos comuns, cotidianos – brincadeiras, passeios, almoços… – compartilhados pela família no passado e não mais possíveis no presente.A mostra será inaugurada no dia 28 de março e permanecerá aberta ao público até 12 de julho de 2015.

O livro que se oferece à nossa leitura guarda em suas páginas uma história de horrores. Mas é sobretudo de heroísmo e de solidariedade que ele nos fala.

É o protagonista dessa história triste, Raul Amaro Nin Ferreira, quem utilizou a palavra horror para caracterizar o que viveu quando foi preso, interrogado, torturado e morto em mãos de agentes do Estado, em agosto de 1971, quando o arbítrio e os abusos de poder dominavam a cena política brasileira. Suas últimas palavras que conhecemos foram ditas a um enfermeiro do Hospital Central do Exército, onde foi assassinado: Tire-me desse horror, Pedro.

Raul tinha 27 anos, era o mais velho de nove irmãos, formara-se em Engenharia Mecânica pela PUC-Rio, estava noivo e acabava de ganhar uma bolsa de estudos para a Holanda quando foi detido e conheceu os círculos infernais dos porões da ditadura.

Foram muitos os brasileiros submetidos aos mesmos horrores que mataram Raul. Muitos jovens tiveram esse mesmo destino. Em sua história e na memória do que viveu, estão os ecos de muitas outras vidas.

Os horrores que roubaram a vida e os sonhos de Raul atingiram em cheio sua família e seus amigos. Seus pais percorreram todos os caminhos do absurdo para recuperar o corpo do filho morto. Seus 8 irmãos e sua noiva tiveram as vidas avassaladas pela dor. E nenhum dos amigos foi o mesmo depois de sua morte.

No entanto, é de heroísmo e de solidariedade que esse livro trata. Raul foi assassinado por ser solidário e enfrentou a tortura e a morte com dignidade e heroísmo. Seus pais tiveram a essas nesnas atitudes diante da perda do filho. D. Mariana, sua mãe, soube passar por cima da própria dor para contruir uma rede de solidariedades.

A herança de Raul, recolhida por seus pais, por seus irmãos, sobrinhos e por todos aqueles que o amavam é uma herança de heroísmo e de solidariedade. A PUC-Rio se orgulha de tê-lo ente seus ex-alunos.
